ZPIL-230 series model ZPIL-8 full-closed type rotary tablet press is a new type of tablet press machine recently developed by our company, it is suitable for the production of highly sensitized tablets.
This machine is a rotary type tablet press which uses physical methods to create isolated environment (for tablets working area) to improve the separation level between the internal and external.
Physical separation devices include rigid and flexible barriers.
Pneumatic means include air flow and filtration.
The isolator is designed for the system working under the negative pressure relative to the environment, which conforms to ISO4 leakage test standard and ISO10648-2:1994 standard (closed classification and its inspection method).
The design of the isolation device conforms to the ergonomics, and the working area is easy to access and operate.

Product Features

- Open the isolator door of the tablet press, and connect the sealed material barrel (5kg) with the hopper of the tablet press;
- Close the isolator door of the tablet press, open the ventilation and filtering system of the tablet press, and maintain the negative pressure in the tablet press room;
- Open the α. β valve to let the freeze-dried granulated particles enter the hopper of the tablet press;
- Using grid feeder to fill the medium mold cavity with particles (using grid feeder to facilitate cleaning);
- Adjust the tablet pressing parameters to obtain qualified tablets, and then enter the normal production state;
- The pressed tablets are stored in the tablet register; (or transported vertically into the coating machine)
- According to the tablet pressing speed, the vacuum feeder which can be cleaned on line is opened to transport the tablet directly to the coating machine;
- After the completion of all production, use the air gun to blow out the dust from the upper and lower guide rails of the tablet press which are difficult to clean;
- Use water gun to clean all parts of tablet press that need to be cleaned;
- The waste water generated from cleaning is led into the waste water collection tank through the drainage outlet;
