Detailed introduction

The ZH-120 high-speed cartoning machine is a high-tech product integrating optics, electricity, pneumatics and machinery. It is suitable for the automatic cartoning of capsules and tablets in blister form, blister plates with outer aluminum-plastic packaging, and similar items. Its working process includes the conveying of items (one plate at a time, and the number of plates can be adjusted for multi-plate conveying); the conveying of capsule instruction manuals (which can be automatically folded 1-4 times); the automatic forming and conveying of cartons, simultaneously loading the medicine plates together with the folded instruction manuals into the cartons; and automatically completing the complicated packaging processes such as batch number printing and sealing of the paper tongues at both ends. This machine can be connected in line with a blister packaging machine to form a packaging production line (a hot melt adhesive machine can be added).
