It adopts the latest domestic transmission mechanism in China. The main transmission shaft is driven by a chain, eliminating the errors and noises caused by other gear transmissions.

The electrical appliances adopt imported control systems. According to customers' requirements, it can be equipped with a material shortage compensation device and a defective granule detection and removal device.

The whole machine adopts a sectional combination: PVC forming, feeding, and heat sealing are in one section, while hot-strip aluminum cold forming, heat sealing, and blanking are in another section, enabling separate packaging.

It adopts a photoelectric control system, with automatic feeding for PVC and PTP hard aluminum packaging and an automatic punching and cutting device for waste edges, ensuring the synchronous stability of multiple stations over an ultra-long distance.

It can be additionally equipped with a photoelectric detection and correction device, imported stepper motor for traction, and graphic and text plate-to-plate printing and packaging, optimizing the grade of packaged goods.
