This machine is an innovative equipment designed and developed by our company's team on the basis of the four-side sealing automatic packaging machine. Advanced packaging technologies have been introduced, and the actual situation has been fully considered. It strictly complies with the requirements of the "Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)" specifications and is specifically designed to meet the particular needs of the plaster packaging market. The whole machine adopts the human-machine interface and the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for programmable control. Each transmission component is independently controlled by a servo motor, with a total of twelve servo motors for driving. The equipment integrates multiple mechanisms, such as high-speed rotary disc for counting and discharging tablets, servo double-row feeding, servo unwinding, photoelectric plate alignment for the pattern on the upper and lower split packaging materials, batch number printing, reciprocating heat sealing,opening of tear notches, waste edge rolling and cutting, waste material cutting and collection device, hob cutting and finished
product conveying. Overall, it operates stably, is convenient for changing product specifications, and can complete parameter settings with just one click.
