The new generation of Con-IV capsule filling machine has been upgraded with a more reasonable, stable and efficient mechanical structure, which has greatly improved the service life of the machine. Many safety protection devices are added to make the operator's operation safer and simplify the machine cleaning and maintenance process.

1. Continuous capsule filling structure, the old model is an intermittent inching structure, compared with the old model, the capsule filling rate is higher and more stable.
2. The air inflow of the vacuum pump is increased to 60L per minute, the old model is 40L, and the vacuum effect is more continuous.
3. Equipped with a folding capsule tray, which is convenient for operation and transportation and saves floor space.
4. The newly upgraded capsule locking device has no exposed cylinder and air pipe, making it safer for operators to use.

                  Air pump control
There is the pneumatic compressing switch for the gas pump itself. It will be stopped when the air force is high, and will be automatically started when the air force is low. (The air compressing pump is optional.)

 

             Capsule feeding control
The capsule feeding's control: The independent variable frequency speed regulating motor is taken as the power of the capsule feeding mechanism, and the rotary speed is adjusted by the button (R). When "ON" is touched, the feeding mechanism is started. When "OFF" is touched, the feeding mechanism is stopped. After the start, after the feeding mechanism has been automatically run for one circle (60times), as the setting of the counting machine, it will be automatically stopped.

Features

It's used to automatically fill medical material into the empty capsules which have been in the capsule die. There is the variable frequency speed regulating motor in the hopper (The rotary speed is displayed in the instrument), and rotary paddle is driven to fill medicine into the empty capsules. The lower turntable is also driven by the variable frequency speed regulating motor, which drives the die to rotate, under the filling nozzle, the die will run for one circle. When the filling start button is pressed, the hopper is pushed to the die by the cylinder. When the hopper gets to the position, the turntable motor & the hopper motor will automatically be started. After one circle, the die will be stopped automatically, and the cylinder will pull the hopper to exit the die.
