The structure of small tablet presses meets the intended purpose when there are specific requirements. Attention also needs to be paid during their use to the structure and usage requirements of special-shaped punches. When stamping with special-shaped punches for tablets, there are certain positioning requirements for the punches. For example, for shapes such as square, triangular, and oval, the punches on the turntable have structural requirements for the small tablet press. The reason for these requirements for the punches is that the upper punch needs to have a directional key, which should be coordinated with the punches on the turntable during the installation process. The lower punch will not move away from the middle punching hole during operation, so no other processing is required. When pressing tablets with a special-shaped die, the punch cannot rotate freely but moves up and down along the upper and lower guide rails. When the turntable rotates, there will be friction between the punch and the guide rails, and the punch and the guide rails will wear each other. Therefore, when we use them, we should pay attention to lubrication, conduct maintenance during daily work, and regularly check for looseness and wear. When affected, the punch and the middle die cannot operate for production.
