The liquid is conveyed through the liquid - guiding tube and then injected into the ampoule by the liquid - filling needle.

Flame Head&Drawing Pliers

 

There are two sets of flame heads. One set serves as the pre - heating flame heads, and the other set acts as the drawing flame heads. After two rounds of heating, the drawing pliers are used to draw and seal the ampoules.

Ampoule bottle hopper

It is made of stainless steel and features an automatic feeding design. It can be customized according to the specifications and shapes of ampoule bottles.

Gas/Auxiliary Gas Regulation

The green one is for gas  egulation, and the red one is for combustion - supporting gas regulation. You can control the flame size by adjusting the amounts of combustion supporting gas and gas.
