This machine is a single pressure type automatic rotating continuous tablet pressing machine, pressing the raw materials into various tablets. The outer cover shell is fully enclosed, the material is stainless steel, the inner table is made of stainless steel, the turntable surface is specially treated, which can keep the surface luster and prevent cross contamination, in line with GMP requirements. Windows and doors equipped with transparent glass can clearly observe the state of the tablet, and can be fully opened, easy to clean and maintain inside. All controllers and operating parts are reasonably arranged. Frequency conversion speed regulating device is used for electric speed regulation, easy to operate, stable rotation, safe and accurate. All the transmission devices are arranged inside the machine to keep the parts clean. Equipped with overload protection device, when the pressure overload, can automatically stop. The machine is equipped with electromagnetic brake motor and other safety protection devices, running can also be adjusted and operated.

Within the pressure range of the machine, it can press the granular raw materials with powder content less than 10% into round, special-shaped and lettering tablets of 5~20 mm. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, electronic and other industries. Notice: This machine is not suitable for semi-solid, wet granules, low melting point moisture absorbing raw materials and powder tablet without granules.
