High quality materials and compliance with specifications

High precision ultra micro atomization spray valve is adopted for silicification, and the spray volume can be fine adjusted without external splash and leakage. The ceramic plunger pump has high quantitative filling precision and excellent performance. At the same time, internationally renowned electrical components are used to achieve interference free modular control. Synchronous action is accurately controlled by servo motor, and the overall operation is accurate and reliable.

The sorting and conveying of rubber stoppers and caps are realized through vibrating trays. The trays are made of SUS316L stainless steel clean trays with no cleaning dead corners. The top trays are detachable and support sterilization.
Internationally renowned electrical components are used to
implement interference-free modular control. All synchronous actions are completed by servo motors, which are accurate, reliable, and easy to operate.
The operation of the motor is controlled by a PLC programming controller. The human-computer interaction
interface monitors and displays the working status of each station in real time, automatically alarms and displays the fault location and fault prompts.
Multiple filling doses and filling methods are available, and multiple formula parameters can be stored.
Fully automatic operation completes a series of processes such as material arranging, feeding, siliconization, stopper adding, filling, capping, and waste kicking.
By replacing specification parts, it can be applied to various specifications of syringes. With modular design, it is easy to expand. It can be used as a stand-alone machine or connected with equipment such as rotary rod machines, labeling machines, and visual inspection machines to form a production line.
Optional rubber sttopper self-cleaning table and cap self-cleaning table are available to realize adding rubber stoppers and caps without stopping the machine.
Optional automatic feeding system is available. Liquid level sensing is used to automatically replenish materials when there is a shortage.
Optional A-level laminar flow hood is available to achieve high-demand clean production.
