The CFK-2500 full-automatic capsule filling machine adopts intermittent rotary operation and orifice-disc metering filling,with precise and beautiful design, stable and reliable operation. It can automatically complete various processes such asseeding, dividing, filling, removing waste, locking and exporting finished products. Fully enclosed ten-station turntable, the module is a double-row 18-hole design, is an intelligent equipment for hard capsule production in the pharmaceutical and
food industries.

1. Adopting single row 11 die holes and 10 workstations design, it becomes the filling equipment with high production efficiency of single row punching die group in China.
2. The original double RU110 indexing box is adopted to make reasonable adaption. The stability and service life of the machine are greatly improved.
3. Improve the transmission cam of all stations, use high-quality special steel to make inner groove wheel transmission, eliminate the drawbacks of spring pulling easy fatigue and fracture, and wear-resistant, stable operation.
4. Adopt the second generation totally enclosed turntable design. The upper die adopts two shafts to move up and down circumferentially, and imported silica gel seals to reduce the powder feeding into and out of the rotary table; the lower die adopts two shafts to move in and out circumferentially, matched with imported rubber seals to reduce the situation of powder feeding due to the back and forth expansion of the moving shaft, and it is stable and has high precision; the double
shafts are made of a press cover, easy to disassemble and assemble, easy to clean, and the sealing ring is not changed. It is necessary to turn on the turntable to avoid cumbersome defects due to the dismantling of the turntable.
5. 13. The secondary dehumidification device of humidity in filling room was installed to solve the problem of poor dehumidification effect of filling workshop system and the operator's physical endurance limit
14. The mold cleaning and blowing structure is added to solve the problem that the capsule is difficult to pull out because
of the deposition of strong adhesive powder in the mold plane and cavity during production, and the probability of capsule loading is greatly improved.(selection)
15. The mechanical transmission part of the new layout design is replaced by the "inner cam" with the traditional "workbar"
filling transmission mechanism to increase the filling force and make the machine run more quietly and smoothly. It is rare in the same class products.
16. Increasing multi-curved adjustable powder retaining structure and lateral oblique feed structure make the powder distribute uniformly in the powder storage chamber, flow direction is correct, flow velocity is smooth, and the loading precision is very accurate.
